ALIGN & FLOW - For those who want the benefits of yoga - the mindful breath, the stretch, the strengthening, the focus and the relaxation while gaining a better understanding of the poses as you practice them. Suitable for all levels. *This is a perfect follow on to our 4 Week Beginner Series for yogis who are looking to stretch and strengthen in their physical practice.

FLOW - Connect with your body and breath through movement. Suitable for all levels.

RISE - A 45 minute early morning practice to start your day. Escape to your yoga mat to leave you feeling restored and invigorated. Suitable for all levels.

BEGINNER SERIES - Start your yoga journey with this 4 week introduction to yoga series. In this course, you will learn the basics of mindful breathing, asanas (postures) and healthy alignment. You will be taught how to modify postures to prevent injury and strengthen your body. This course will provide you the foundation to begin your yoga practice in a safe and friendly environment. Class size is limited to allow for individual attention and questions. Early booking is recommended.

MOVE - Anything goes. Be ready for fun, some sweat and a lot of movement! Some experience recommended.

BEGINNER FLOW - A flow for beginners, new students and those who love to learn no matter how long you’ve practiced. All levels welcome.

YINYASA - A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Fusing the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow). This class will begin with Yin to open the body to more flexibility and energy flow while encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind moving into a flow to strengthen and invigorate the body and mind.
