ALIGN & FLOW - For those who want the benefits of yoga - the mindful breath, the stretch, the strengthening, the focus and the relaxation while gaining a better understanding of the poses as you practice them. Suitable for all levels. *This is a perfect follow on to my 4 Week Beginner Series for yogis who are looking to stretch and strengthen in their physical practice.

FLOW - Connect with your body and breath through movement. Suitable for all levels.

Lunchtime EXPRESS - A 45 minute midday yoga break. Escape to your yoga mat to leave you feeling restored and invigorated. Suitable for all levels.

BEGINNER SERIES - Start your yoga journey with this 4 week introduction to yoga series. In this course, you will learn the basics of mindful breathing, asanas (postures) and healthy alignment. You will be taught how to modify postures to prevent injury and strengthen your body. This course will provide you the foundation to begin your yoga practice in a safe and friendly environment. Class size is limited to allow for individual attention and questions. Early booking is recommended.

MODIFIED ASHTANGA (LEVEL 1) - Join new teacher, Shelly in a modified version of the Ashtanga Primary Series. You’ll recognise the asana from Vinyasa Flow but the sequence will be set each week. Level 1 is for those who want to move their bodies and connect with their breath at an instructional pace and time to feel.

MODIFIED ASHTANGA (LEVEL 2) - This class will get your heart rate up! Based on the Ashtanga Primary Series (modified for time). You will move and breathe and connect…and SWEAT. You’re going to love it.

GENTLE - This class is a gentle flow. It’s suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced practitioner. Anyone who wants to connect their body, mind and breath using gentle and slow movement. Beginner friendly.

ADVANCED PRACTICE - Move, breathe and nourish as Alissa guides you through her own personal practice. Please note that Alissa loves to handstand :-) *Not appropriate for beginners or those with injuries to the wrists.

HATHA - Less flow, more holds. This class is taught at a relaxed pace with lots of instruction so all levels are welcome and encouraged. Beginner friendly.
