Private Yoga & Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
Private yoga sessions give you the opportunity to receive detailed, personalised instruction to develop and deepen your yoga practice at your own pace.
Private yoga sessions are especially helpful if you are new to yoga, are looking to target or heal a specific area, are looking to learn about proper alignment for your body type, and/or learn more about the breath and/or meditation. Private sessions are designed based on your individual needs and offer gentle hands-on instruction.
Private sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or at the studio in central Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Each session lasts one hour and will based around your intention(s) for your practice.
Each private session will guide you through the practice of yoga using breath, asana (physical postures) and savasana or meditation/visualization in a way that suits your individual needs.*

Webcam (Skype, Facetime) Yoga Sessions
You don't need to live nearby to receive the benefits of a private yoga session. In fact, you can live anywhere in the world. Using a video program such as Skype or FaceTime, I offer private yoga sessions to suit your needs. Each session begins with a 20 minute free consultation to get your camera and mat set up. We will also discuss your individual needs and goals for your practice. Following your initial consultation, each 1 hour session** will be tailored to your practice so you will receive all the benefits of personalised private yoga sessions in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
