Welcome to 2018! The end of 2017 gave us an opportunity to reflect and celebrate the past year. As we enter into 2018, I encourage you to take time to be grateful as often as possible because we get really good at what we practice!
The beginning of a new year brings the promise of a fresh start and with focus, a chance to make positive changes in our lifestyles to help us feel happy, fulfilled and at peace. The studio schedule is back to normal with a new addition from this Sunday the 7th.
Thank you for being a part of the studio in 2017. I took advantage of a slower pace over the holiday period to reconnect and restore and now I am so looking forward to getting back and seeing all of your faces.
