I just made these for my boys for breakfast and they are delicious and so easy.
This recipe is based on this one: http://mywholefoodlife.com/2012/12/21/banana-chocolate-chip-donuts/ but I amended ingredients with what I had on hand.
Preheat oven to 180C and grease a donut or muffin pan (liners work fine too)
Mix these dry ingredients together:
2c light brown flour
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp bicarb of soda
.5tsp salt
Sprinkle of chocolate chips
Mix these wet ingredients together (in a separate bowl)
1/3c maple syrup
1/4c melted butter
2 smashed bananas
2tbsp milk
1.5tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together. Spread into pan and bake for 15-17 minutes (time may differ slightly depending on your oven)
